Since there was no regularity when it came to reviewing the objectives , it was simply when we had time for it. It wasn’t bad, but let’s say that the way things were done was very chaotic and there could be times when we were a company that was very focus on objectives and times when we weren’t. And of course, many ideas remain along the way. When do we incorporate OKRsIt really came at a time when we want to move forward, take a leap in achieving our goals and take things more seriously. Not only work and try to do it well, but define the path that both the company and each and every one of the team members should follow.

It was relatively easy to try to do the best possible each one from their position, tasks and responsibilities.
