they can leave their social media strategy and activities to an intern;
they understand social media because they have created accounts everywhere and then start broadcasting;
they consider social media as a fun ‘side activity’;
social media is really something for the communications department;
social media does not suit their customers;
and social media works without the social media mindset and without the will to become a social business.
