Connection Rejected by Server Error and Solution
If you receive the error “Connection refused by the server” and cannot connect to Filezilla; there may be different reasons for this situation.

left; in the Set the port range section that appears, select the option to require a port in the operating system. Click the Next button,
After completing all the sequential  be numbers operations, you will see the settings test screen. Click the test button at the bottom of the screen.
If the test is successful, you can now try your Filezilla connection again.
